CR CUM DRIVERS - 4 POSITIONS

LOCATION: MWANZA
On behalf of our client, we're looking for qualified and experienced CR Cum Drivers to support sales and distribution operations by ensuring safe product delivery, excellent customer service, effective merchandising, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Responsibilities;
•Drive and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently.
•Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
•Service existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
•Ensure proper product merchandising and availability at customer outlets.
•Maintain high merchandising standards and effective use of promotional materials.
•Prepare accurate daily sales reports.
•Report any vehicle damages immediately.
•Safeguard company cash, fulls, and empties.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications;
•Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
•Valid Class C or E Driving Licence.
•Good English Language both spoken and written.
•Excellent driving skills.
•Basic Vehicle repairs skills
