Regional Technical Product & Sales Specialist – Shacman Trucks

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Technical Product & Sales Specialist to serve as the regional technical expert for Shacman Trucks, supporting product performance, dealer development, market growth, and business expansion across Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and other assigned East African markets.
Responsibilities
•Drive the growth and performance of the Shacman truck and automotive parts portfolio across assigned East African markets.
•Provide technical expertise and product support to distributors, dealers, service teams, and customers.
•Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
•Develop and implement product strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
•Support troubleshooting, product diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues related to Shacman trucks and components.
•Deliver technical product training to sales teams, dealers, technicians, and customers.
•Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
•Support regional business development activities and identify new market opportunities.
•Ensure product compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically involving commercial trucks, truck parts, spare parts, or heavy-duty vehicles.
•Strong technical knowledge of Shacman trucks, truck systems, automotive spare parts, diagnostics, maintenance requirements, and aftermarket products.
•Ability to deliver technical training and support across multiple markets.
•Valid driving licence.
