FINANCE OFFICER
INDUSTRY: HEAVY MANUFACTURING

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Officer who will be responsible for financial planning, cost control, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Monitor costs, expenditures, and financial performance across the business.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Support financial analysis and provide insights to guide business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is an added advantage).
- ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance within a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, cost control, and problem-solving skills.
