PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: ZANZIBAR
INDUSTRY: POWER & ENERGY
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a *Product Support Sales Representative* to provide technical support, equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and parts and service sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Service and commission Perkins engines and generator sets.
- Identify parts requirements and follow up on orders.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Use appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Promote and sell parts and service solutions.
- Maintain accurate service, sales and call records.
- Support invoicing, collections and payment follow-up.
- Gather market and customer information.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service satisfaction.
- Provide field support and travel to customer sites as required.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Experience in equipment repair, servicing and maintenance.
- Experience with Perkins engines and earth-moving equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good knowledge of technical service processes.
