1. PARTS COORDINATOR
- Coordinate parts availability, ordering and inventory movement
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support parts documentation, reporting and daily operations
- At least 2–3 years of relevant parts/warehouse/inventory experience
- Strong inventory control and coordination skills
Good reporting and administrative skills
2. PARTS COUNTER ANALYST
- Support customers with parts identification and product enquiries
- Analyse parts sales, stock and customer requirements
- Support sales and product support activities
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Engineering or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing and product support
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
3. PARTS & SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: Mbeya & Zanzibar
- Promote parts and service solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on customer needs
- Support sales planning, reporting and territory activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduate — maximum 2 years since graduation
- Customer service/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, planning, organisation and MS Office skills
