SALES AGENT-EXPATRIATE

LOCATION: FINLAND
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to promote and sell accommodation, hospitality experiences, activities, and related services while delivering excellent customer service at an international hotel in Finland.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to qualified expatriate candidates willing to relocate to Finland and meet applicable employment and immigration requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Promote and sell accommodation, activities, packages, and hospitality services.
•Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
•Handle sales inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other channels.
•Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
•Provide accurate information about services, packages, and destinations.
•Support promotional campaigns and sales activities.
•Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
•Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
•Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, travel, or customer service.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation.
•Knowledge of international or luxury hospitality markets.
•Good English communication skills.
