PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
INDUSTRY: HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Product Support Sales Representative to drive customer satisfaction and sales of Parts and Service products while providing effective product support solutions and helping customers reduce equipment operating costs.

 Responsibilities
- Assist in developing Parts and Service merchandising programs.
- Maintain sales and marketing materials.
- Collect and analyze market information for inventory forecasting and customer parts requirements.
- Prepare and provide competitive parts reports and Machine Engine Population (MEP) data.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Parts and Service products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing Parts and Service business.
- Operate and interpret Caterpillar technical.
- support systems and tools, including SIS, PSK’s Microfiche and dealer software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative in the heavy equipment industry.
- Good understanding of product support commodities.
- ⁠Ability to use Caterpillar technical tools such as SIS, PSK, Microfiche, and dealer software.
